A bit about me.

I have 21 years of creative experience, strategic thinking, brand building, and team leadership - all with a focus on designing and implementing customer-centric solutions.

Throughout my career, I have held positions at the Executive level for large retailers like The Home Depot and Sears Holdings Corporation with responsibilities for teams in both online and offline channels. 

My experience includes developing and designing fully integrated strategic programs for brands like Sony, Panasonic, Samsung, Craftsman, Kenmore, Heineken, AT&T, Levis, Coleman, Bayer, Unilever, UN and several private brands for companies which include: The Home Depot, Target, Sears, Kmart, The Great Indoors, Performance Bicycles, and D+M Group.

I am fluent in Spanish and love learning everything and anything regarding the Hispanic demographic. I look forward to leveraging what I learn to help companies reach out and market to this growing segment.

Furthermore, I excel at creating strong structured teams that produce results. My teams have included art directors, photographers, designers (digital and print), web developers, packaging designers, fixture designers, traffic managers, visual merchandisers, and project managers.
